Pre-Selection Assessment is a core part of our approach to Executive Search, along with managing the search itself and supporting assimilation with onboarding coaching.
We are also often asked to provide a pre-selection assessment as a standalone service. This can come in the form of looking at an internal candidate who is under consideration for a significant change in scope, or moving to a new business segment or functional area, or crossing between a “line” and a “staff” assignment.
Externally we are often brought in to validate a finalist candidate, or to establish a protocol for conducting assessments on all finalist candidates at the leadership level.
Regardless of the situation, our selection assessment process is psychologist-led and includes choosing assessment instruments that are highly validated and directly related to the key components of the position and to the overall organizational culture and expected competencies.
