Dr. Maria Pace is an I/O practitioner based out of New York City. She has experience in all facets of Human Capital and Talent Management and has worked across a variety of organizations and industries ranging from startups to highly matrixed international operations including advertising, pharmaceuticals, CPG manufacturing, supply chain operations, healthcare, technology, finance, corporate barter and academia.

Dr. Pace’s aim is to create customized solutions to client issues and improve individual effectiveness and business results utilizing her extensive background in psychology, experience as an internal and external consultant, and drive.

Dr. Pace designs and implements customized strategies involving organizational development.  She has successfully designed and delivered solutions around talent planning and development, organizational surveys, personnel systems, and training.  Project examples include succession/talent mapping, assessment, interviewing and coaching; organizational surveys on leadership, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction; systems creation and renovation including onboarding and orientation, performance review, and training; and workshop creation and delivery both online and in person.

Dr. Pace is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.  Her dissertation focused on the relationship between leadership and organizational and employee outcomes through job resources and employee engagement in an international organization.  She also holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology.
