Chairman’s Welcome to Our Refreshed Site

News

Greetings and thanks for visiting our BeamPines website. I can remember when I first joined the firm in 1996 speaking with a vendor about the internet, search-ability, on-line traffic and other notions which sounded exciting and yet unreachable for a consultancy like ours. And yet this will be the 4th re-launch of our website since that discussion and while so many things have changed, our fundamental values have remained constant:  Our abiding belief in the blend of art and science combined to deliver the best in class assessment, development and executive coaching experiences; our unwavering commitment to delivering to our clients and the teams and individuals we work with the best measure of professionalism, functional expertise and business service; and our commitment to always re-inventing and continuously improving our support and service models to reflect the contemporary needs of all the people and organizations that we serve.   So thanks for visiting, browse all of our services and judge for yourself why after nearly 40 years, BeamPines’ consultants continue to be the first choice in leadership development, customized assessment and digitally supported professional development options.

Thanks for your interest and don’t hesitate to let us know what you’re thinking.
