Nicole joined BeamPines in 2008 as a Client Services Manager, working with executives and managers in career transition to develop and plan the next steps in their careers. Her skills in writing, editing and interviewing as a Journalism major have added value to her current role as a Career Counselor.
Since joining the Firm, Nicole has gained exposure to and experience in all facets of Human Capital and Talent Management. In the area of career transition, she has been an active contributor in developing career path strategies, editing resumes and supporting the implementation of career transition marketing plans. She is adept at research and adds value to transition candidates’ programs through her empathetic counsel and support.
She is an active contributor to the assessment practice, managing both assessment providers and the implementation of BeamPines assessment batteries in pre-selection, coaching and career transition programs. Using the assessment data and written report input from our Assessment Psychologists, Nicole ensures feedback and selection reports consistently meet the Firm’s quality standards.
In addition, she participates in major teambuilding and other projects with Clients, including organizing, drafting and presenting our competitive proposals. She is also leading the firm’s initiative to expand their online presence through their website and blogging and social networking efforts.
Nicole graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2005 with a degree in Journalism. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, she enjoys spending her free time exploring New York City and all it has to offer by way of theater, art, and music. She currently resides in Astoria, Queens.
