Adrienne Milics, MBA, PCC

Adrienne Milics, is an Executive Coach who supports high potential and senior-level executives develop and strengthen their leadership impact and influence, executive presence, and executive communication skills. With extensive coaching experience and professional coach training, she has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Having successfully climbed the corporate ladder herself, she also provides customized coaching programs and seminars designed to accelerate women’s advancement to executive levels.

Adrienne’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and industry groups. She is a leadership coach/facilitator in Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and Women’s Leadership Forum, Executive Education Programs for senior level leaders from all over the world. Adrienne also is an executive coach and facilitator in the LIMRA Executive Development Program, a Lecturer in the Divinity School at Yale University and a former Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Central Connecticut State University.

Earlier in her career Adrienne was a Senior Vice President of Information Technology with CIGNA, a Fortune 500 company, and was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services business. She leverages her own C-suite experience and investment business knowledge when coaching executives in the Financial Services industry.

A life-long learner, Adrienne received her professional coach training in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, and has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Music in Opera Performance from the Boyer College of Music at Temple University, a Graduate Certificate in Finance from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Social Sciences from Wagner College.

Having traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, Adrienne is conversant in German and Hungarian and has studied French and Italian.  Her first-hand experience with cultural differences enables her to work very effectively with multi-national leaders who wish to strengthen their leadership and business communication skills for a global audience.  Adrienne is a classically trained singer with over 30 years of professional experience performing opera, song recitals and jazz.  She is well versed in applying high-performance techniques to business situations.

Adrienne is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Human Resources Leadership Forum of Southern New England, Leadership Greater Hartford, reSet Social Enterprise Trust, and is a past President of the Central Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM).
