Tanja M. Hinterstoisser, Ph.D.

Dr. Hinterstoisser obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver with a specialized area of concentration in organizational psychology, career & program management, leadership development, and workforce behavior. She has provided consultative services to organizations in the public and private sectors by conducting preliminary research through surveys and interviews, evaluations and recommendations on the design and delivery of strategies to amplify and improve existing organizational standards and workforce behaviors.

Dr. Hinterstoisser actively incorporates empirical results from research to her recommendations for organizational improvement. She has worked as a researcher, individual and group coach, and educational consultant. Currently, Dr. Hinterstoisser continues in her role as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver in which she is teaching Program Development & Evaluation, Consultation Seminar, Assessments, while acting as a consultant to individuals and organizations alike. She is fluent in Spanish and German.
